Welcome to Old Path Community Church
Our Beliefs
Old Path Community Church is a non-denominational church. Our congregation has various backgrounds in Pentecostal, Freewill Baptist, United Baptist, Church of God, Southern Baptist, Full Gospel etc. We believe in the Spirit and our goal is to let God be God! We believe in the gifts of the Spirit and establish our foundation on Isaiah 55:8.

About Us
How did it start?
Many roads (paths) lead to the start of this little community church. Many hills and many valleys, heartaches and hardships brought us to what we felt was a calling from the Lord. It started out with a dream, then a vision inspired by God in all who helped start this church.
The building itself has many stories of its own to tell as many pastors and denominations have dwelled within its walls in the past 100 years. However, Old Path Community Church began in August 2024. As we were looking for a location for the dream and vision the Lord had given us, one was found in downtown Salyersville. Opening date was established but a few weeks before that date, the deal was cancelled due to building renovation.
As we resumed praying for the Lord to guide us to the place He wanted us to be, this already establshed building was discovered. Many things challenged us when we answered the call but God has always been there to take care of the need, just as He promised us in His Word. This building had been vacant for almost 3 months. Stipulation to occupying it was it had to be a church or it went back to the land owners. Starting with a simple phone call alerting us of this location along with an offer we couldn't refuse...we knew God ordained our footsteps.
We are anxious to see what God has in store for this journey. Our foundation is to let God be God! We don't know what the future holds, but we know who holds the future. To God be the glory!!
